Endostatin is a ~20 kDa C-terminal fragment of collagen XVIII that has been shown to act as a potent inhibitor of angiogenesis and tumor growth in vitro and in vivo. The rh-endostatin with an extra Met attached on the N-terminus is expressed in E. coli.

Activity: The activity is assayed on anti-proliferation and anti-migration of endothelial cells in vitro and anti-angiogenesis in vivo.

Purity: ≥ 95% on HPLC.
