洁净烘干箱 Clean Oven

特点：洁净度达到100级的洁净烘干箱

温度稳定时能YZ灰尘的产生。适用于半导体，液晶，各种FPD，电子部件，精密元件等在无尘环境下进行恒温实验。

< >用耐高温HEPA过滤装置，通过水平循环方式进行高精度温度控制，在温度稳定时保持工作室100级清洁度。 < >简洁美观，内箱高度保持在人体最适合进行取样放置的位置，可防止地面尘埃在门开关时流入。< >N2流量计进行流量设定及导入(选配）。< >独立超温保护/过载保护/漏电保护/按键锁保护等安全装置，还可选购警示灯，紧急停止开关等装备。
