保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is a major cause of respiratory illness in young children. RSV infection produces a variety of signs and symptoms involving different areas of the respiratory tract, from the nose to the lungs. RSV is a negative sense, enveloped RNA virus. The virion is variable in shape and size with average diameter of between 120 and 300 nm.
Function : Encapsidates the genome, protecting it from nucleases. The nucleocapsid (NC) has an helical structure. The encapsidated genomic RNA is termed the NC and serves as template for transcription and replication. During replication, encapsidation by protein N is coupled to RNA synthesis and all replicative products are resistant to nucleases.
Subunit : Homomultimerizes to form the nucleocapsid. Binds to viral genomic RNA. In nucleocapsid, interacts with the protein P and thereby positions the polymerase on the template. Interacts with protein M2-1; this interaction allows the association of nucleocapsid with the matrix protein, supposely to shut down virus transcriptase activity and initiate assembly and budding.

呼吸道合胞核蛋白抗体品Pai包括以下几个步骤：
1、制备抗原。
2、选择实验动物。
3、动物免疫。
4、试取血进行测试，看看是否成功免疫。
5、如果成功免疫，杀死实验动物，采集全部血清。
6、纯化出抗体。
7、鉴定抗体。包括纯度以及特异性。

抗体的主要功能是与抗原（包括外来的和自身的）相结合，从而有效地清除侵入机体内的微生物、寄生虫等异物，抗体（antibody）是一种应答抗原产生的、可与抗原特异性结合的蛋白质。每种抗体与特定的抗原决定基结合。这种结合可以使抗原失活，也可能无效但有时也会对机体造成病理性损害，如抗核抗体、抗双链DNA抗体、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体等一些自身抗体的产生，对人体可造成危害。
