The surface chemistry is characterized by a high density of strongly cationic quaternary ammonium groups which are an integral part of the membrane. TotalBLOT+™ Nylon Membranes are ideal for superior binding of negatively charged biomolecules in a wide variety of nucleic acid ａnd protein applications.
