产品概述产品执行标准:AP1610(第八版)、VDMA24297(轻/中型) SZE石油化工流程泵为单级单吸卧式径向割分泵体带ZX支撑的蜗壳泵,主要用于石油、化工、合成纤维、化肥、电站、冶金、食品及医药等工业部门输送清洁或含有颗粒的液体、低温或高温的液体、中性或有腐蚀性的液体,输送介质的温度一般为-80℃~+450℃。 泵转速分为2900和1450转/分两种结构说明 1.泵为单级、卧式、蜗壳泵。泵体为脚支撑,单吸叶轮。轴向吸入,径向排出。 2.根据使用条件采用前、后密封及平衡孔进行水力平衡。 3.填料箱具有冷却或加热管接头。轴封采用填料密封,也可以采用单端面或双端面机械密封。配有冷却、冲洗或密封液系统。 4. 标准管路按API规范设计,可对ZX支撑的泵支座进行冷却。5.吸入排出管法兰的额定压力等级相同。 6.轴承用洁净的22号机械油润滑。 7.油润滑轴承自动控制油位。当温度T≤200℃时轴承架不须冷却;当温度T>200℃时轴承架采用风冷或水冷却。 8.泵的旋转方向:从原动机端看,为顺时针转旋。 型号意义:SZE 100 - 50 - 315 SZE 石油化工流程泵100 泵吸入口直径 100mm50 泵排出口直径 50mm315 叶轮名义直径 315mm$n用户可根据被输送介质的腐蚀性程度对泵的过流部分主要零件选用不同材料。泵的过流部分主要零件的材料及其代号如下:

$n一、产品概述:$nFS型卧式玻璃钢离心泵结构设计先进合理,标准化程度高,零件通用性,互换性强,拆卸检修十分方便。接触介质的部件,采用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛改性酚醛玻璃纤维,经高温模压成形的酚醛玻璃钢制件。产品具有轻质、高强、不变形、耐温、耐腐蚀等优良性能。在防腐方面可部分替代含钼不锈钢,钛及钛合金等贵重金属。$n轴封:采用WB2型外装式F4波纹机械密封,密封可靠,使用时间长。$n传动:泵通过爪型弹性联轴器,由电动机直接驱动。
