一、ZJ-8020车架脚踏力疲劳试验机试验原理：

三、 ZJ-8020车架脚踏力疲劳试验机试验方法：

1、 试验时将车架按照标准规定的方法固定在试验机上，前、后轴的位置可以通过手动调节来适应车架的大小；

2、 调整假示前轴和假示后轴的高度，符合标准要求且同实际车子一样；

3、 调整好左右脚踏加载气缸的角度和高低位置，符合标准要求，

4、 固定好个可调节部分，防止在试验过程中松动，而影响试验的进行。

5、 在计算机上设定好试验要求的试验力值、次数。

6、 调整好允许车架的变形量，超过此变形量后机台会自动停止测试；

7、 启动试验程序开始测试，试验达到设定次数或试件损坏，机台自动停止测试并保留试验结果。
