Eddy current testing is a noncontact method used to inspect nonferromagnetic tubing. This technique is suitable for detecting ａnd sizing metal discontinuities such as corrosion, erosion, wear, pitting, baffle cuts, wall loss, ａnd cracks in nonferrous materials.

• Two coils are excited with an electrical current, producing a magnetic field around them. The magnetic fields penetrate the tube material ａnd generate opposing alternating currents in the material. These currents are called eddy currents.
• Any defects that change the eddy current flow also change the impedance of the coils in the probe.
• These changes in the impedance of the coils are measured ａnd used to detect defects in the tube.

The ultrasonic IRIS option is used to inspect a wide range of materials, including ferrous, nonferrous, ａnd nonmetallic tubing. This technique detects ａnd sizes wall loss resulting from corrosion, erosion, wear, pitting, cracking, ａnd baffle cuts. Olympus digital IRIS inspection technology is used extensively as a prove-up technique for remote field testing, magnetic flux leakage, ａnd eddy current inspections.

Remote field testing (RFT) is being used to successfully inspect ferromagnetic tubing such as carbon steel or ferritic stainless steel. This technology offers good sensitivity when detecting ａnd measuring volumetric defect

配件

l 仪器关机后必须停5秒以上方可再次开机，不可反复开关；

l 避免QL震动、冲击和强力磁场的干扰；

l 不要将仪器长期置于高温、潮湿和有腐蚀气体的环境之中；

l 按键操作不宜用力过猛，不宜用沾有过多油污和泥水的手操作仪器键盘；

l 仪器出现故障时，请与销售商或本公司联系。

l 探伤检测完毕，应对仪器的外表进行清洁，然后放置于室内干燥通风处；

l 探头连线切忌扭曲重压，在拔、插连线时应抓住插头底部；

l 为保护探伤仪及电池，每个月至少开机通电1到2个小时，并给电池充电，以免元器件受潮或电池过放而影响使用寿命；

l 探伤仪在搬动过程中，应避免摔跌或强烈振动、撞击和雨、雪等淋溅；

l 严禁使用具有溶解性的物质擦拭外壳。

2.我们在ZG国内设有（或委托）性常驻维修机构处理所有维修服务，并配有专职的、具有三年以上相应工作经验的技术人员。备品备件等供应充足完全可以满足用户五年所需。在委托ZG国内性常驻维修机构承担维修服务时，我们将提供具有法律效力的相关证明文件。

We have (or entrust) permanent facilities in China to provide repair ａnd maintenance services stationed with professional technical personnel with three years of similar experience. The spare parts are sufficient to meet the needs of the users for five years. If entrust permanent facilities in China to do such work, we will provide the relevant legally effective certificates.

三、质保期后所提供服务

1.质保期后我方将为需方提供设备所需的备品备件以满足长期使用；

We can supply the spare parts required by the end-users for a long term beyond the warranty period.

2.保证期后的三年内，我方将负责帮助需方维修设备在此期间设备出现的故障；

Within the next 3 years after the warranty period, we will help the end-users carry out the maintenance.

3.需方机器出现故障不能使用，我方提供同型号备用机一台，已备需方使用。
