用途：亦称为蛋白印迹膜再生液Stripping buffer或Western一抗二抗去除液,用于Western中转移了蛋白的膜的重复利用，含有氢氧化钠。
备注：使用ECL类似的化学发光试剂进行的Western检测适用本试剂,用本试剂只需大约15-20分钟即可实现蛋白膜的重复使用,然后可以进行封闭等后续的Western操作. |

由于实验室里所用的化学药品有的有毒性、有的有腐蚀性。因此在化学药品的使用
中有以下六个坚决不准许的问题。
（1）不能用手接触药品。
（2）不要把鼻孔凑到容器口去闻气体或其它固体、液体药品的气味。
（3）不许尝药品的味道。
（4）实验用剩的药品要交回实验室，不要抛弃。
（5）从试剂瓶中倒出的液体药品没有用完，剩余部分不许倒回原瓶中，
以免影响药品的纯度或浓度。
（6）实验室中的药品不能挪作它用（如食盐、白糖也不能给任何人当调味品用）。 |
