去除巨噬细胞是研究巨噬细胞功能的重要方法，巨噬细胞可吞噬Clodronate liposomes，在溶酶体的作用下，Clodronate可释放出来，当其达到一定浓度时，可引起巨噬细胞的凋亡，从而去除巨噬细胞。Clodronate liposomes可局部注射去除注射部位临近的巨噬细胞，如肺、膝关节、肿瘤局部和脑等；也可尾静脉或腹腔注射去除循环途径中的单核巨噬细胞，如肝脏和脾脏中的巨噬细胞。

产品形状
本品为悬浮液。每1ml悬浮液中含5mg Clodronate。脂质体在4℃时有可能出现少量沉淀，属正常现象。使用前请一定要轻轻混匀。
产品运输与保存
产品收到后保存在4℃。不能冻存！注射前一定要恢复到室温。
注射方式
尾静脉（Intravenous）（不超过0.1ml/10g体重），鼻腔（Intranasally）和气管（Intratracheally）。
检测
流式细胞仪术或IHC检测。【我们同时代理国外知名品Pai抗体，如abcam、merck-millipore、CST等】

关于：clodronate liposomes
The use of clodronate liposomes is intended solely for tests in laboratory research animals.

Store clodronate liposomes between 4 to 8 degrees Celcius. The suspension of liposomes should not be freezed. We advise our customers to use our products within 5 weeks after upon arrival. After this period the risk of contamination increases ａnd a slight loss of function could occur.

Product description
Clodronate liposomes is a suspension of artificially prepared lipid vesicles encapsulating clodronate. The concentration of clodronate in the suspension is ca. 5 mg per 1 ml.
Composition: clodronate, phosphatidylcholine ａnd cholesterol.

The liposomes are suspended in sterile phospate buffered saline:
10 mM Na2HPO4
10 mM NaH2PO4
140 mM NaCl
