These columns are designed for high loadability to ensure maximum sample purification. Column dimensions are available for most preparative sample types, ranging from HT (high throughput) samples generated in drug discovery to lab scale prep and up to some pilot scale sample preparation. The 21.2mm I.D. columns feature preparative cartridge hardware, which makes it easy to use columns of different lengths to increase sample load. Guard columns can be easily integrated onto these columns providing superior protection of the analysis column. Analytical sized 4.6mm I.D. scalar columns are ideal for method development and optimization prior to scaling up to larger columns.
