Introduction KRAS is part of the small GTPase superfamily. A single amino acid substitution is accountable for an activating mutation. KRAS participates in various malignancies, including lung adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenoma, ductal carcinoma of the pancreas ａnd colorectal carcinoma.

Description KRAS Recombinant human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 205 amino acids （1-185 a.a.）ａnd having a molecular mass of 23.2 kDa. The Human KRAS is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus ａnd purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Source Escherichia Coli.

Physical Appearance Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Formulation KRAS Human solution containing 20mM Trsi pH-8, 0.1M NaCl, 1mM DTT & 10% glycerol.

Stability KRAS Human although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.

Purity Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
