精密压力表由导压系统(包括接头、弹簧管等)、齿轮传动机构、示数装置(指针与度盘)和外壳(包括表壳、表罩、表玻璃等)组成。仪表有较好的密封性并设有检封装置,能保护其内部测量机构免受机械损伤和污秽侵入。 仪表的作用原理是基于弹性元件(测量系统中的弹簧管)变形。在被测介质的压力作用下,使弹簧管之末端产生相应弹性变形——位移,借助于拉杆经齿轮传动机构的传动并予放大,由固定于齿轮轴上的指针逐渐将被测值在度盘上指示出来。 |
