Introduction DERF1 is a thiol protease that hydrolyzes proteins, with a preference for Phe or basic residues. DERF1 is a C1 peptidase family member. DERF1 has extensive endopeptidase specificity. DERF1 causes an allergic reaction in humans. Common symptoms of mite allergy are bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis ａnd conjunctivitis.

Description The E.Coli derived recombinant protein contains the Der F1 epitopes 25-51, 74-95, 189-209 amino acids.

Method Purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Purity Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE （coomassie staining）ａnd RP-HPLC.

Formulation 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 6.5, 100mM Sodium Phosphate ａnd 8M urea.

Storage Protein is shipped at ambient temperature.
Upon arrival, Store at -20°C .

Stability Five years frozen. One month in solution at room temperature.

Applications Use as an antigen in ELISA ａnd Western Blots.
