4.操作方法
将反应物系指与釜体内,并保证加料系数小于0.8。当反应物系有腐蚀性时要将其置于四氟衬套内,方可保证釜体不受腐蚀。将水热合成反应釜置于加热器内,按照规定的升温速率升温至所需反应温度(小于规定的安全使用温度)。待反应结束将其降温时,也要严格按照规定的降温速率操作,以利安全和反应釜的使用寿命。当确认腹内温度低于反应物系种溶剂沸点后方能打开釜盖进行后续操作。
每次水热合成反应釜使用后要及时将其清洗干净,以免锈蚀。
釜体、釜盖线密封处要格外注意清洗干净,并严防将其碰伤损坏。
