GFP-Booster consists of a GFP-Binding protein (also termed GFP nanobody) coupled to fluorescent dyes for IF/microscopy:

Specificity:
GFP-Booster specifically binds to most common GFP derivatives:

• eCFP, CFP, mCerulean
• eGFP, wtGFP, GFP S65T, AcGFP, TagGFP, tagGFP2, sfGFP, pHluorin
• eYFP, YFP, Venus, Citrine

Tested in cell culture, tissue slices, yeast, fly, zebrafish, mouse and in germline of C. elegans.

Applications:
IF/ICC/IHC: 1/200 
Optimal working concentration is application-dependent and should be determined by testing a range of dilutions from 1/50 to 1/1600

Form: Purified recombinant protein in PBS

0.5 – 1mg/ml (conjugates)

Preservative: 0.09% sodium azide

Storage instructions:
