西安瑞禧生物有限公司生产的油溶性CdS-ZnS量子点产品是以CdS为核心，ZnS为壳层，表面由疏水配体包裹的核/壳型荧光纳米材料，平均的量子产率50%，溶剂为甲苯，储存时应避免阳光直射，4度密封暗处保存，可以为客户订制生产500nm～640nm任一波长不同克数的产品。本产品具有粒径均一，吸收光谱宽泛，发射光谱窄而对称，荧光强度高而稳定等特点，可应用于太阳能电池、发光器件与生物荧光标记等领域。本公司目前可提供表面基团为alkyl，十八胺或油酸，Octadecylamine or Oleic acid，氨基，羧基。
