Features

Base material NUCLEOSIL® silica, particle size 5 µm, pore size 100 Å, polymeric coating ∙ USP L1
Eluent in column acetonitrile – water (70:30, v/v)
Allows efficient gradient separation of the 16 PAH according to EPA
Detection of the separated PAHs by UV (250 to 280 nm), with diode array or with fluorescence detection at different wavelengths for excitation and emission (Acenaphthylene cannot be analyzed with fluorescence detection.)
