The red line appeared at "C", "P" and "P.f", indicating that P.f. positive and P.v / P.o / P.m three P. falciparums may be negative or may be positive for one or more.

d When the reaction strip is colorless or entirely red or only the red reaction line appears at "P.f", the test is invalid.
