高纯硅胶上的CN氰基键合相
       NUCLEODUR CN—RP氰基反相极性样品具有良好的选择性，是由于键合相和样品多重的保留性能造成，如图三。这些保留包括：离子吸附，∏-∏吸附和氢离子间吸附（1）。所以当极性样品是带有双键时（如三环抗抑郁药），氰基键合相都表现出特别的选择性（2）。
     常规的氰基键合相的缺点是，由于氰丙基链烃很短，容易在低PH时水解，造成不稳定（3）。但NUCLEODUR CN—RP氰基反相对于容易离子化的碱性药物，也会得到良好的分析结果。
