ATOS先导型溢流阀由主阀和先导阀两部分组成。先导阀类似于直动型溢流阀,但一般多为锥阀(或球阀)形阀座式结构。主阀可分为一节同心结构、二节同心结构和三节同心结构。三节同心结构:主阀芯与阀盖、阀体与主阀座等三处有同心配合要求,属于三节同心结构。压力油自阀体中部进油口进入,并主阀芯上阻尼孔进入主阀芯上腔,油阀盖上通道和锥阀座上小孔作用与锥阀上。当进油口压力小于先导阀调压弹簧调定值时,先导阀关闭,主阀芯上、下两侧有效面积比为1.03~1.05,上侧稍大,作用与主阀芯上压力差和主阀弹簧力均使主阀口闭紧,不溢流。当进油压力超过先导阀调定压力时,先导阀被打开,造成资金油口P井主阀芯阻尼孔、先导阀口、主阀芯ZX孔至阀体下部出油口(溢流口)流动。阻尼孔处流动损失使主阀芯上、下腔中油液产生一个随先导阀流量增加而增加压力差,当它主阀芯上、下作用面上产生总压力差足以克服主阀弹簧力、主阀自重和摩擦力时,主阀芯开启。此时进油口与出油口(溢流口)直接相通,造成溢流以保持系统压力。
ATOS先导型溢流阀故障失灵及造成的原因:先导阀阀芯弹簧折断;阴尼孔堵塞;先导阀阀口密封不良;主阀芯卡死等。相应的排除措施是:更换或在折断处加平垫以应急使用;清洗疏通;研磨或将该油路断路以应急使用;研磨、清洗。
限压不稳:先导型溢流阀限压不稳,表现为液压系统压力偏低或偏高,液压执行元件动作无力或油管、泵体、阀体爆裂。造成限压不稳故障的原因:压力调整不当;先导阀阀芯弹簧弯曲或变软;油液过脏或油液流动不畅。相应的排除措施是:重新调整;校正、加垫或更换;更换、清洗。先导型溢流阀限压不稳为渐发性故障,先导型溢流阀失灵为突发性故障,在排除完故障后,应按系统所限定的压力对先导型溢流阀控制的压力重新进行调整。
