细胞共培养 Co-Cultivation 技术是将2种或2种以上的细胞共同培养于同一环境中，由于其具有更好地反映体内环境的优点，所以这种方法被广泛应用于现代细胞研究中。

 
  共培养体系主要作用：诱导细胞向另一种细胞分化；诱导细胞自身分化；维持细胞功能和活力；调控细胞增殖；促进早期胚胎发育和提高代谢产物产量。

1. μ-Slide 2 x 9 well




The μ-Slide 2 x 9 well allows for the cultivation of cell spheroids inside a gel matrix, in combination with feeder cells seeded in the outer wells. 

2.Culture-Insert or micro-Insert 4 well





Culture-Insert or micro- Insert 4 well in a large Petri dish with various adherent cell types during cell seeding. After cell attachment, the different cell types grow separay from each other, sharing one medium. 

µ-Slide 2 x 9 well 

特点： 
1.细胞共享可溶性因子而不直接接触；
2.低挥发性，适合长时间的细胞实验；
3.的光学性能，特别适合高分辨率荧光显微镜成像观察

应用： 
1.不同细胞系或原代细胞的共培养；
2.上皮—间充质细胞相互作用；
3.体外不同种类细胞旁分泌相互作用；
4.基质胶中细胞或细胞球体培养

µ-Slide 2 x 9 well 实验步骤： 

1.    将40-60ul的受体细胞悬浮液种到slide中间小室，根据你的细胞类型密度控制在5-10×104cells/ml；

2.    将40-60ul的饲养层细胞悬浮液种到slide的其他8个小室；

3.    细胞贴壁后，移去各小室培养基，并洗脱掉未贴壁细胞，再加400-600ul培养基到大well，两种细胞共享同一培养体系





µ-Slide 2 x 9 well 也可以用来培养 3D 基质胶中的细胞球体

Culture-Insert可以作为一个模型，将不同种类的细胞划分在各自特定区域内，不同种类细胞之间形成一空白区域，彼此不接触，移去insert后，细胞开始向空白区域迁移。

不同种类细胞可以在micro-Insert 4 well共用同一培养体系而不直接接触，insert外的培养基可以被收集和更换，而不冲走胶内的细胞。
