齿轮油泵产品概述
齿轮油泵适用于输送不含固体颗粒和纤维,无腐蚀性,温度不高于80℃,粘度为5×10-6~1.5×10-3m2/s (5-00cSt)的润滑油或性质类似润滑油的其他液体。 KCB型系列大流量齿轮油泵应用范围
在输油系统中可用作传输、增压泵;

本系列齿轮泵主要有齿轮、轴、泵体、安全阀、轴端密封所组成。齿轮经热处理有较高的硬度和强度,与轴一同安装在可更换的轴套内运转。泵内全部零件的润滑均在泵工作时利用输出介质而自动达到。
泵内有设计合理的泄油和回油槽,是齿轮在工作中承受的扭矩力Z小,因此轴承负荷小,磨损小,泵效率高。
泵设有安全阀作为超载保护,安全阀的全回流压力为泵额定排除压力的1.5倍,也可在允许排出压力范围内根据实际需要另外调整。但注意本安全阀不能作减压阀的长期工作,需要时可在管路上另行安装。
从主轴外伸端向泵看,为顺时针旋转。
齿轮泵结构说明
本产品由泵体、齿轮、前后泵盖、安全阀、轴承及密封装置等零、部件组成。
1、泵体、前后盖等零件为灰铸铁件,齿轮用优质碳素钢制作;亦可根据用户需要用铜材或不锈钢制作。
2、安全阀。
齿轮式润滑泵自身不带安全阀,用户在使用时需自行在管路系统中安装安全阀。齿轮式输油泵在后泵盖或泵体上方装有安全阀,当泵或排出管道发生故障或将排出阀门完全关闭而产生高压和高压?击时安全阀就会自动打开,卸除部分或全部的高压液体回
到吸入腔,从而对泵及管道起到安全保护作用。
3、轴承。
齿轮式润滑泵全部采用DU轴承;可根据用户要求采用锡青铜轴承。&0818.3-83.3、2CY1.1齿轮式输油泵采用DU轴承;可根据用户要求采用锡青铜轴承。
KCB133-960、2CY8-60齿轮式输油泵有采用DU轴承,锡青铜轴承和滚动轴承三种结构,需在订货时注明。订货时未注明者均按DU轴承结构供货。
轴承为内置型式,依靠被输送介质进行润滑;011轴承和锡青铜轴承能在非润滑性介质中工作。
4、轴封。
产品的轴端密封有骨架油封、机械密封及填料密封三种结构。
a. 骨架油封:骨架油封的特点是维护、更换方便,成本低,但寿命较短。丁晴胶骨架油封适用于1001:以下工作环境;氟橡胶骨架油封适用于200℃以下工作环境。
b. 1机械密封:机械密封的特点是密封可靠、寿命长,成本高。机械密封的基体用不锈钢制造, 动、静环视介质不同分别由YG8硬质合金或YG8-石墨制造,使用温度在200℃以下。
c. 填料密封:填料密封仅用于高温油泵,其特点是耐高温,有少量泄漏。使用过程中需根据泄漏情况经常进行调整,使用温度在250℃:以下。
用户需何种型式的密封结构需在订货时注明。凡订货时未注明者均按丁晴胶骨架油封结构供货。
5、进、出油口型式:
齿轮式润滑泵进、出油口为与口径对应的英制管螺纹(G),直接制作在泵体上。
KCB18.3-200、2CY1.1-12齿轮式输油泵配带管螺?口的腰形法兰;其余泵不配带法兰,当用户需要配带法兰时,应在订货中注明。

This series of gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve, shaft end seal. After heat treatment, the gear has higher hardness and strength, and can be installed in the replaceable shaft sleeve. All parts of the pump are lubricated by the output medium while the pump is working.
The pump has reasonable design of the oil and the oil return groove is a gear in the work under minimum torque force, so the bearing load is small, small abrasion, high pump efficiency.
The pump is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection, and the full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump. But note that the safety valve can not be used for long-term work, the need to be installed on the pipeline.

4, shaft seal.
The shaft end of the product is sealed with three kinds of structure: skeleton oil seal, mechanical seal and packing seal.

Butyl rubber skeleton oil seal is suitable for 1001: the following working environment; fluorine rubber skeleton oil seal is suitable for the working environment below 200 DEG C.
B. 1 Mechanical Seal: mechanical seal is characterized by reliable sealing, long life, high cost. The base of the mechanical seal is made of stainless steel, and the dynamic and static looking mediums are respectively made of YG8 hard alloy or YG8- graphite, and the temperature is below 200 DEG C.
C. packing seal: packing seal is only used for high temperature oil pump, it is characterized by high temperature, a small amount of leakage. The use of the process should be adjusted according to the leakage situation, the use of temperature at 250 degrees C: below.

5, the inlet and outlet type:
