卧式化工屏蔽泵产品概述
卧式化工屏蔽泵，主要由泵体、叶轮、屏蔽电机等组成，采用全新的静封结构，作到滴水不漏，保证工作环境不受污染。其性能符合ASME B73标准。主要用于石油、化工、纺织印染、制药、食品、冶金、电站及原子能等腐蚀性介质及有特殊要求的介质。

1、GX节能：采用CFD计算流体动力学，分析计算出泵内压力分布和速度分布关系、优化泵的流道设计，确保泵有GX的水力形线，提高了泵的效率。
2、静密封结构：采用全新的静密封结构，出厂时作严格的密封试验，作到滴水不漏，保证工作环境不受污染。
3、低噪音：采用静噪音设计方法，减少噪音，噪音比一般普通泵低3～５%。
4、材料：与介质接触的零部件材料采用优质不锈钢（可根据不同介质采用不同的材质），耐腐蚀、寿命长。
5、维修方便：卧式安装，后开门结构，维修方便，日常维护简单
