Description The E.coli derived recombinant protein contains the Non-Structural C-Protein immunodominant regions, 1-51 amino acids. Purification Method Mesles protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique. Purity Mesles protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC. Formulation 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 60mM NaCl, 10mM glutathione, 0.15% sarcosil, 10mM CBB and 50% glycerol. Storage Mesles protein although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C.
