Description | Prolactin-His Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 199 amino acids fragment (29-227) and having a molecular mass of 23 kDa with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag.
The Prolactin is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. |
