Formulation Sterile Filtered solution containing 20mM PBS, 0.03M NaCl and 0.001% Thimerosal. Stability HBsAg protein should be stored at 4°C between 3-4 weeks and for future use should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Purity Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE Coomassie staining. Applications HBsAg protein was tested in ELISA with anti-HBsAg antibodies (capture and conjugate). Immunochromatography (capture and conjugate).
