人美洲商陆素（PWM）Elisa试剂盒酶联免疫吸附测定ELISA操作中标本的收集：
用于ELISA测定的临床标本Z为常用的是血清（浆），有时因为特定的检测目的，也用到唾液、脑脊液、尿液、粪便等标本。目前使用血清（浆）标本测定的标志物一般有传染性病原体的抗原和抗体、肿瘤标志物、激素、特种蛋白、细胞因子和ZL药物等。
对用于激素和ZL药物测定的血清标本的收集，要注意收集时间甚或体位有可能会对测定结果产生影响。如可的松在早晨4：00—6：32之间，会有一峰值出现；生长激素、促黄体激素（LH）和促卵泡激素（FSH）均以阵发性方式释放，因此，在测定此类激素时，有必要在密切相连的时间间隔内采取数份血样本，以其中间值为测定值。
又如当从卧位变为站立位时，血清中肾素活性将出现明显ZG。再如ZL药物的检测，应根据药代动力学选择服药后的Z适时间抽血检测。用于传染性病原体的抗原和抗体、肿瘤标志物和特种蛋白等的检测的血清标本的收集则没有时间和体位方面的影响。
