尼日利亚菌素钠盐,Nigericin sodium salt是Nigericin的钠盐形式。Nigericin是一种钾离子载体,可调控细胞内钾离子和氢质子的交换[1-2]。Nigericin选择性刺激巨噬细胞,引起白介素-Iβ转化酶活化[3]。在家鼠腹膜巨噬细胞实验中,这次白介素-Iβ转化酶的刺激活化和细胞内钾离子排出密切相关 [4]。Nigericin 还有高度选择性的Pb(2+)离子载体,对于其他二价阳离子无此作用。Nigericin 对Pb(2+) 的选择性比离子霉素、莫能霉素要强,而且可形成nigericin-Pb(2+)复合物。Nigericin 可比monensin 更有效的用于Pb中毒ZL[5]。
