CIP620隔离探头由一个安全绝缘的无源探头和一个宽带隔离放大器组成,输入端和输出端之间完全电气隔离或称绝缘,带宽从DC到200MHz,动态范围从1mV 到 1.5kV,额定隔离耐压600V CATIII/1000V CATII,它是隔离、浮地和差分测试的通用型探头。

INTRODUCTION
CIP610 serial isolation probe is composed of an insulation-enhanced passive probe and a wideband isolation amplifier. It’s totally electrical isolated between its input and output. The bandwidth is from DC to 200MHz, its dynamic range is from 1mV to 1.5kV,rated for 600V CATIII/1000V CATII floating test. CIP610 serial is a universal tool for isolating test, floating test and differential test.
