Duolok® stainless steel tube fittingsuse a double-ferrule design to create leak-tight performance in analytical and process instrumentation applications where leak-tight performance can have a significant impact on quality, productivity and cost. Design（设计）
Duolok tube fittings consist of four precision-machined components: body, front ferrule, back ferrule, and nut. The double-ferrule design, with the staged sequential swaging action of the fe rrules during make-up, compensates for the variation in tubing materials, hardness, and thickness of the tube wall to provide leak-tight connections in an extensive range of applications. Duolok tube fittings provide a reliable, leak-proof connection for analytical and process instrumentation and process tubing systems.
Materials
Duolok tube fitting straight configuration are machined from type 316 stainless steel cold-finished bar stock in accordance with ASTM A-276 and ASTM A-479. Elbows, tees and crosses, are machined from close-grained 316 stainless steel forgings in accordance with ASTM A-182. All 316 stainless steel. Packaging
Duolok tube fittings are individually bagged to assure the highest levels of quality, safety and cleanliness. The protective bags eliminate contamination （tubing burrs, dirt, etc.） from entering the fitting prior to its use, and help to retain the integrity of the factory assembled body, nut, and ferrules.
As long as a Duolok tube fitting is in its original protective bag, it is identified as "factory new," compley assembled and ready for installation. The individually bagged Duolok tube fittings are packaged in convenient, small-lot quantities for easy procurement and handling. Additionally, for efficient product identification and storage, the boxes are color-coded to the material of construction and have pictorial labels which include the part number, product description, and box quantity.
Installation（安装）
Duolok tube fittings are designed for easy installations using hand tools or automatic installers such as the Turn Pro automatic swaging tool.
Training（培训）
Proper tube fitting make-up and assembly are critical in providing leak-tight performance. SSP and SSP distributors provide extensive installation training.
