Content
1 tablet dissolved in 1000 ml of deionized water yields:
- 0.14 M sodium chloride
- 0.01 M phosphate buffer pH 7.4 at 25°
Storage and Stability
- Store at room temperature
- Stable for 3 years
Instructions for use
drop a magnetic stir bar in a standard laboratory bottle or a beaker and
put it on the magnetic stirrer. Dissolve 1 tablet in 1000 ml of deionized
water. Within a few minutes the buffer is ready to use.
