Asc-514 Sumatriptan succinate /舒马坦琥珀酸盐

Biological Description

5-HT₁ receptor agonist (K_i values are 17 and 100 nM at 5-HT_1D and 5-HT_1B receptors respectively). Also shows affinity for 5-HT_1F receptor (EC₅₀ = 247 nM). Reduces vascular inflammation associated with migraine.
