描述：Ganglioside GD3, Disialo, Diammonium Salt, Bovine Buttermilk has been characterized as one of the most important tumor-specific antigens in individuals with malignant melanoma. Antibodies to GD3 can induce partial remission of tumor growth in animals and in humans via enhancement of cytotoxic and proliferative responses of lymphocytes. Reported to disrupt mitochodrial transmembrane potential and induce apoptosis in tumor cells by a caspase-independent mechanism. A protein kinase C inhibitor.
