描述：FGF Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor IV, NP603 is a cell-permeable SU6668 derivative that targets the ATP-binding pocket and inhibits the kinase activity of PDGFRβ, Flg (FGFR1) and FIk-1 (VEGFR2), while showing little activity against EGFR. NP603 exhibits anti-angiogenesis activity and suppress FGF-2-induced proliferation in HUVEC cultures in a dose-dependent manner.
