描述：

KN-92 is the inactive form of KN-93 . KN-93 is a methoxybenzenesulfonamide that is an effective inhibitor of Ca²⁺/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaMKII) phosphorylating activity, and the autophosphorylation of the α- and β-subunits of CaMKII. KN-92 has been used to study CaMKII inhibitors and GluA1 AMPA receptors.
