描述：6-trans-12-epi Leukotirene B4 (LTB4) is a product of the non-enzymatic hydrolysis of LTA4, originally isolated from glycogen-induced rabbit peritoneal polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNL). 6-trans-12-epi LTB4 much less potent than LTB4, weakly inducing taxis in PMNL with no effect on the aggregation response.
