描述：SCH-202676 hydrobromide is a G protein-coupled receptor allosteric modulator that has been shown to inhibit agonist and antagonist binding to a wide range of G protein-coupled receptors that are structurally unrelated. SCH-202676 hydrobromide has displayed divergent effects on purine receptors. It is reported to inhibit radioligand binding to human Adenosine A1-R, A2A-R, and A3-R and thus affects dissociation kinetics.
