Recombinant human PD1 protein aa1-165 was produced in mammalian cells with C-terminal His tag. The theoretical molecular weight of recombinant PD1 is 17.5 kDa. Purified PD1 protein is near the position of 34 kDa on SDS-PAGE gel under reduced condition.

PD1 protein is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
