产品详细介绍: 直径为12mm和30mm的培养皿适合大多数24孔或6孔板使用。与塑料培养板上的细胞相比较，生长在插入式Millicell培养皿上的细胞更能代表其体内状态；使用微孔膜可使培养基到达细胞的两侧，插入式Millicell培养皿可改善细胞分化，扩大分析细胞的生物应用，方便用于SEM和TEM技术与细胞和荧光染色相容。无菌包装，即用式。Millicell-CM包含有透明的Biopore（PTFE）膜，可直接透过膜观察细胞。Millicell-PCF经处理用于组织培养，有助于细胞的附着。 (ECM代表胞外基质，如胶原蛋白、层粘连蛋白等，是依赖贴壁细胞所需要的）
