一、适用范围：Scope of application:

3.1燃烧器：不锈钢制作200*200*￠3.5（mm）。
3.2燃气流量：0～50L/MIN。
3.3空气流量：0～50L/MIN。压缩机自备
3.4燃烧气体：纯度99.5％甲烷，或同等纯度的煤气。（客户自备）
3.5炉内压力的测量：采用0.5级压力变送器。
3.6计时器：0～99S/min/h。
3.7烟道：为方形通道，尺寸：500mmx500mm,下与燃烧室相通，上与外部烟囱相连，采用QL排风系统：本机装有QL排风扇
，当试验完成后，启动排风扇系统将废气排出室外。（烟尘净化系统另配）
3.8点火方式：高压自动点火。
3.9试验支架：L380*W380*H1000（MM），由不锈钢制作。
3.10空气稳流器：为一方框，设置于燃烧器下方。底部铺设铁丝网，其上铺设玻璃纤维毡。
3.11温度、压力信息通过16位高精度板卡输入电脑，由微机控制和输出报表。

四、设备结构：Equipment structure:
4.1本机器由燃烧竖炉、控制部分两部份组成。
4.2燃烧竖炉：由燃烧室、燃烧器、试样支架、空气稳流层及烟道等部分组成，外形尺寸为1020mm长x1020mm宽x3930mm高。
4.3燃烧室：由炉壁和炉门构成，其内空间尺寸：800mmx800mmx2000mm,炉壁为保温夹层结构。
4.4机箱材质：燃烧箱体采用优质不钢板，数控机床加工成型，圆弧造型美观大方。
4.5机架采用铝型材组装而成，控制箱采用优质静电钢板，表面进行喷塑处理，更显光洁、美观。
4.6内部零配件均采用优质不锈钢材料制作，防锈良好。
