1、适用范围：Scope of application:
在规定条件下，测试涂覆于可燃基材表面的饰面型防火涂料的耐燃特性的试验方法，也适用于饰面型防火涂料耐燃时间的测定

2、符合标准：Conform to the standard:
    GB/T 12441-2005(附录A)。
3、 主要参数：The main parameters:
a) 测试工位：1工位
b) 温度均匀度：±2.5℃
c) 试样尺寸：L900*W900厚度为5mm,表面平整光滑。
d) 温控系统：数显温控表，可同时记录多组数据。                            
e) 热电偶：外径不大于3mm；丝径0.5 mm，精度不低于Ⅱ级，量程1300℃。
f) 计时器误差不大于1s/h。
g) 自动报警：试样背火面五路热电偶测温，温度达220℃时自动报警。
h) 气源：液化石油气或天然气。（客户自备）
i) 鼓风机风量（1～5）m3/min可调节。
j) 电源要求：AC220（±10%）V/50HZ

本仪器结构由主控制箱、鼓风装置、燃烧支架、及燃烧喷灯四大部份组成。控制箱为可移动式。

5、组件、材质：Components, material:
a) 机箱尺寸：L820㎜×W820㎜×H1500㎜
b) 机架材质采用优质304不锈钢方通焊接而成，控制箱材质为(t=1.2mm)静电钢板，表面进行喷塑处理，更显光洁、美观。
c) 喷灯：SUS304材质，我公司自制。

6、 控制系统：Control system:
a) 控制箱采用继电器控制系统，所有有电子原件均采用国内领先品Pai，能更好地保证机器的工作性能及检测精度。
b) 温度采用进口智能P.I.D温控器（具有自动演算之功能）和高精度PT100热电耦传感器及定时器。
C)设备具有下列安全保护装置：电源超载、 短路保护、控制回路过载保护、超高温保护。
