1、环境室:采用彩钢板聚氨酯夹心板制成,一次压模成型,具有保温性能好、不老化、不变形、耐腐蚀等优点。
2、双面可旋转试件框:采用涡轮蜗杆装置,安全牢固,省时省力。
3、试件框行走系统:采用四轮稳定结构沿轨道行走,安全可靠。
4、整体设计具有适应范围广、操作简便、性能稳定、控制精度高、采集准确、综合噪音低等诸多优点。
5、气制冷、水制冷机组:采用进口压缩机组,制冷力强、经久耐用。
6、加热系统:采用三组加热器,自动控温。
7、喷淋系统:采用自动水循环系统,节约能源。水泵进出口加装过滤器,安全可靠。
8、气体干燥装置:可自行控制环境室气体湿度。
9、除湿系统:冷凝除湿装置安装于环境室内,可自动检测、自行除湿。
10、电控系统:采用计算机控制系统、数字温度传感器、湿度传感器和A/D转换模块,控制、驱动制冷机组和加热器的接触器和固态
继电器。用户可根据不同要求自行设定温度、湿度、时间。人机友好界面,多种检测功能、实时数据曲线、历史数据曲线、故障报
警及自动断电、停机功能。

8, dry gas device: can control environmental chamber gas humidity.
9, dehumidification system: cooling dehumidifying device installed in the indoor environment, can automatically
detect, dehumidify itself.
10, electrical control system: adopting the computer control system, digital temperature sensor, humidity sensor
and A/D conversion module, control and drive refrigerating unit and heater contactor and solid state relay. Users
can according to different requirements to set temperature, humidity and time. Friendly human-machine interface, a
variety of detection curve function, real-time data and historical data curve, fault alarm and automatic power and
stop function.
