二、适用范围:Scope of application
墙体稳态热传递性能试验机采用测量精度Z高的防护热箱法, 主要用于测定各种建筑墙体传热阻、传热系数以及热侧表面换热阻、冷侧表面换热阻,也适用于检测各种板式保温材料及中空玻璃、夹胶玻璃等的传热系数。

1、检测装置:由冷室,移动热室,移动试样框,外环境套层,压缩机组,环境温度控制系统及自动监控系统组成.
2、采用计算机控制、数据采集、温度控制、测试曲线显示、打印测试结果等全部测试过程均自动完成。
3、测温系统采用先进的数字温度传感技术、墙体100余个温度测点,全部采用数字温度传感器,精度高,系统运行稳定可靠。该设
备采用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料夹芯彩钢板制成冷室及热室,不但美观耐用,而且保温效果好。
4、热室设计完全满足国家标准要求的稳态传热原理,不采用风扇强制循环的控制方式,能够严格执行国家标准,保证测试数据真实
、准确。热室也采用万向脚轮机构在进行墙体安装时,可任意方向移动,使墙体安装方便、灵活、效率高。
5、冷室为固定式结构,可将压缩机组安装在室外,降低室内噪声。同时也减少了实验人员的工作量。并且避免因冷室移动造成压缩
机组随之移动。大大提高了压缩机组的使用寿命。
6、系统采用全自动控制方式,控制精度高,达到稳态时间短。
7、热室Z高温度:40℃,精度±0.1℃
8、采用镍铬发热丝,发热温度稳定,使用寿命长;
9、采用进口压缩机组,系统运行平稳,可靠。两套制冷机组(风冷、水冷各一)保证系统精度.制冷机:采用全封闭GX率省电型风
冷机械式压缩机。

test data is true and accurate. Hot chamber also adopt universal casters agency in the wall installation, can be
arbitrary direction, make wall installation convenient, flexible and high efficiency.
