About EDNRB / Endothelin B Receptor
 
The Endothelin Receptor ETB is expressed in most tissues. Mutations of the receptor gene are responsible for Hirschsprung disease type 2, a multigenic disorder with phenotypes such as bicolored irides, megacolon, hypopigmentation, and hearing loss.
