Anti-H3K4me2抗体注意事项:
1.抗体保存原则:避免反复冻融
2.短期保存的抗体:如抗体几周内就会使用,收到后推荐在2-8℃保存,2-8℃短暂保存数周对抗体活性没有影响。
3.长期保存的抗体:如抗体需超过1个月后才会使用,请酌情分装后于-20℃保存。
4.建议:将抗体保存在冰箱里层,避免温度变化造成反复冻融。
避免将抗体保存在自动除霜冰箱中。
反复冻融过程中,冰晶会对抗体的空间结构造成破坏,导致蛋白变性形成多聚体,从而降低抗体的结合能力,加快抗体降解速度。
