Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) and analogs was observed.
LS-F9824 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of Rat AMH / Anti-Mullerian Hormone in samples of Cell Culture Supernatants, Cell Lysates, Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Competitive EIA assay principle and can be used to detect levels of AMH / Anti-Mullerian Hormone as low as 43.7 picograms per milliliter.
Due to their limited shelf life, LSBio ELISA kits are not typically stocked as finished goods. Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.

About AMH / Anti-Mullerian HormoneP03971 NM_000479 NP_000470.2
Anti-Mullerian hormone is a member of the transforming growth factor-beta gene family which mediates male sexual differentiation. Anti-Mullerian hormone causes the regression of Mullerian ducts which would otherwise differentiate into the uterus and fallopian tubes. Some mutations in the anti-Mullerian hormone result in persistent Mullerian duct syndrome. (More About AMH / Anti-Mullerian Hormone)
