Quinupristin-dalfopristin complex is a mixture of two streptrogramin antibiotics, dalfopristin (Item No. 19762) and quinupristin (Item No. 19764). While both dalfopristin and quinupristin have bacteriostatic effects, they act synergistically to kill Gram-positive bacteria, as well as some Gram-negative and anaerobic bacteria.
