链霉亲和素包被微孔板
本产品利用海狸生物纳米表面技术(S-TEC),使链酶亲和素(Streptavidin, SA)高密度定向包被到酶标板微孔内,排列均匀, 并朝向一致, 称为SA微孔板。该产品的生物素(Biotin)结合量达到5pmol/well,对Biotin标记抗体(兔IgG)的检测分辨率可达到0.5ng/well。

左图显示了SA微孔板具有良好的稳定性,可在37℃稳定存放8周以上。该产品采用锡箔纸真空包装,可在2~8℃稳定存放两年以上。 |
下图实验结果表明,SA微孔板能在较大范围的pH值、温度、离子强度及表面活性剂等条件下保持较高的Biotin结合活性,为研究者的使用提供了更多,更灵活的实验条件。
