XMU 信号发生器
一、 仪表性能:
1、 测量精度:0.2级(0.2%FS),热电偶信号精度不包含冷端误差,热电偶负温度范围误差精度为0.5级(0.5%FS)。
2、 分辨率:温度测量时Z高为 0.1℃,线性信号输入为1/12000个字,Z小分辨电压为1uV。
3、 隔离耐压:电源端、继电器触点及信号端相互之间 ≥2000VDC,相互隔离的弱电信号端之间 ≥500VDC。
4、 使用环境:温度 0~50℃;湿度≤90%RH
5、 温度漂移:≤0.005%FS/℃(典型值约25ppm/℃)
6、 测量采样周期:A/D转换器每秒采样12.5次
7、 电源:100~240VAC,50~60Hz; 10V~32VDC
8、 功耗:≤6W
9、 电磁兼容:IEC61000-4-2(静电放电),III级
IEC61000-4-4(电快速瞬变脉冲群),IV级
IEC61000-4-5(浪涌),III级
