一、试剂盒简介
本试剂盒采用了具有扩增能力和抗干扰能力的热启动DNA聚合酶，结合其高度优化的缓冲液体系和染料系统，使之具备了更强的扩增效率、抗干扰能力，更高的灵敏度和特异性。在相同情况下具有起峰更早，得到的荧光信号更强，Ct值更小，熔解曲线特异性更高等特点。
该试剂盒中的2 × qPCR Mix预混了高稳定性的带色染料，在加样时提供了很好的视觉帮助，大大降低了加样错误的风险。
